Paige Deertz, LMSW is a compassionate and creative therapist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She provides individual and family therapy for clients navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, perfectionism, school stressors, academic and learning concerns, social relationships, and behavioral challenges. Paige works with clients across developmental stages and tailors treatment to support both children and adults in building insight, coping skills, and meaningful change.

Paige brings warmth, authenticity, and curiosity to each session, creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. Her approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and developmentally informed. She has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and frequently integrates DBT skills to support clients struggling with emotional dysregulation, impulse control, interpersonal difficulties, and heightened emotional sensitivity. She also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, allowing her to flexibly adapt treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and strengths while supporting movement toward readiness for change.

Paige has extensive experience supporting high-achieving individuals in high-stress environments, including demanding academic, athletic, and professional settings. She integrates motivational interviewing, visualization techniques, and CBT to help clients cope effectively, persevere through challenges, and work toward both personal and performance-related goals.

Paige is skilled in supporting clients navigating heightened emotional reactivity, executive dysfunction, relational challenges, life stressors, transitions, as well as complex trauma and grief. Her training and experience allow her to work effectively with individuals diagnosed with ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Borderline Personality Disorder. Her therapeutic style is thoughtful, direct, and affirming, helping clients build resilience and confidence as they work toward lasting change.

When working with younger clients, Paige incorporates play therapy techniques, art-based interventions, and humor to create an engaging and developmentally appropriate therapeutic space that fosters connection and growth. Whether supporting children through behavioral challenges or helping adolescents and adults navigate emotional and relational difficulties, Paige is committed to providing compassionate, skill-based care that promotes long-term emotional well-being.
