Danielle is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides evidence-based therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, school-related stressors, self-esteem concerns, executive functioning challenges, stress management, and emotion regulation. Danielle fosters a compassionate and supportive environment, where clients feel understood, valued, and motivated to reach their potential and achieve treatment goals.
Her approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. She works with clients to understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as develop practical tools to alleviate symptoms and reframe unhelpful thoughts patterns. Danielle integrates evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. She also utilizes Play Therapy and Art Therapy techniques to incorporate enjoyable and engaging activities while working with adolescents towards therapeutic goals. She has supported clients through cognitive restructuring, mindfulness practices, distress tolerance skills, behavioral activation, gradual exposure activities, and interpersonal skill-building.
Danielle has extensive experience working with clients presenting with diverse psychosocial needs in outpatient mental health and school-based settings. She has supported middle and high school students in building executive functioning skills, stress management tools, emotional regulation, self-advocacy skills, and fostering a growth mindset. Danielle is committed to supporting clients’ mental well-being through the use of individualized interventions and building authentic therapeutic relationships.
