She is particularly passionate about helping clients navigate periods of change, strengthen their sense of self, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Ella brings a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, grounded in relational and attachment-based perspectives. She creates a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, relationships, develop tools and skills as well as learn to approach themselves with more curiosity and greater self-compassion. Ella helps clients understand how past experiences and relationships may influence current thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns while recognizing the ways they have learned to adapt and cope with difficult or overwhelming experiences.

Balancing insight-oriented therapy with evidence backed skill building, Ella helps clients deepen their self-understanding while developing tools to manage distress, regulate emotions, navigate relationships, and create meaningful change. She utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based and relational approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs, experiences, and goals.
