She helps patient’s gain insights into the root of their symptoms, challenges and pain. Felicity collaborates with patients to build a new relationship with their themselves and their world utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices and creative approaches.
She works closely with clients to identify goals, clarify values, and develop strategies that foster emotional regulation, insight, and empowerment. Her holistic, mind–body perspective supports clients in achieving greater regulation, connection, and self-understanding. Felicity is also able to incorporate expressive and creative modalities—including movement, art, and sound—as nonverbal tools for accessing and processing emotion, which serve as invaluable resources for enhancing self-expression, growth and healing.
Training & Experience
Felicity draws from a diverse range of clinical experiences in medical, academic, and residential treatment settings, including Boston Children’s Hospital, Valley Vista Residential Treatment Center, Ethos—Healthy IDEAS Program, and Winston Transitions and Preparatory School. She has worked extensively with adolescent, young adult, and geriatric populations, providing care across a wide spectrum of emotional, behavioral, and physical health needs. Her background allows her to offer specialized treatment for substance use and recovery, trauma, complex health challenges, chronic pain, and neurodivergence.
Felicity’s therapeutic work is grounded in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Executive Functioning Coaching, and Expressive Modalities. Her experience in hospital and residential programs has strengthened her ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that each client receives holistic, integrated care. These experiences have also deepened her expertise in trauma-informed practice and enhanced her understanding of the interplay between emotional and physical health.
She has particular experience supporting neurodivergent clients, especially those managing ADHD and executive functioning challenges. Felicity uses psychoeducation and cognitive-behavioral strategies to help clients improve organization, focus, and daily functioning while developing self-awareness and adaptive routines that align with their unique learning and processing styles.
Currently pursuing advanced trauma training through the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, Felicity is deepening her study of the neurobiology of trauma and evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her evolving expertise enables her to provide integrated, comprehensive treatment that honors each client’s individual story and capacity for growth.
Felicity holds a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Johnson State College. In addition to talk therapy, she incorporates expressive and creative modalities—including movement, art, and sound—as nonverbal tools for accessing and processing emotion.
