We begin with a free 15-minute consultation to learn about your needs, preferences, and goals for therapy. From there, we’ll thoughtfully match you with a therapist who can best meet your needs.
Our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free. Most clients are matched and scheduled quickly. We do not have a waitlist at this time.

This group is small and skills-based, allowing participants to apply DBT tools in real-time while receiving support from peers and a trained clinician.
